Honest Scoop operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Honest Scoop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies (the “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price payable is the one displayed at the time of your order and confirmed by email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which are added at checkout.
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that charges will be honoured by your provider.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once products are handed to the courier.

Honest Scoop is powered by Shopify. All purchases, however, are made directly with Honest Scoop Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or services provided by Honest Scoop.
